Our Role & Scope: We acted as the lead project management consultant to bridge the gap between design concepts and physical reality. Our work involved managing the Meanwhile Croydon Framework which included the Urban Room, the High Street Parklets, and College Square.

Value Added: By managing the technical and bureaucratic hurdles, we allowed the creative teams to focus on design while ensuring the Council’s operational requirements were met. We navigated complex local authority requirements and secured all necessary permits for these interventions. Developed maintenance and management frameworks that allowed these spaces to remain functional and safe for high-traffic public use. Finally, turned "meanwhile" concepts into viable, compliant structures that served as blueprints for long-term urban regeneration.
