Our Role & Scope: Defining the strategic drivers for a 50-hectare real estate development in Salta, focusing on long-term vision, positioning and development strategy at early project stages.

Value Added: Proposed a robust sustainability strategy and cost estimates for investment, based on other similar scale projects, and assembled a team of architects and engineers to take the project forward into the full design stage.
