Our Role & Scope: Project management Lead, driving deliverables from the teams of external consultants being commissioned to design the scheme from RIBA Stage 1 to 3, and working closely with Westminster City Council (Partners).
Value Added: We set up the partnership governance structure and processes for the ways of working. Our founder’s experience in urban design and public spaces made her technically suited to interact and constructively challenge the architects, urban designers, engineers and deal with internal Crown Estate teams, representing their interests within the context of the partnership as majority funders.
