New affordable creative spaces for iconic TV and film production studios in East London

Our Role & Scope: As part of the client team, we provided development and delivery management for the £6m sensitive retrofit of the historic 3 Mills Studios campus, including the Grade II listed Custom House and the historic Gin Still.

Value Added: Managed the delivery reporting and milestones required by the GLA Good Growth Fund and the Getting Building Fund, ensuring all grant conditions were met. And enhanced functionality facilitating the transformation of derelict spaces into 10,000 sq ft of high-performance workspace, cinema facilities, and production offices, significantly increasing the site's commercial capacity. Close collaboration with the architects and planners throughout.
