Our Role & Scope: Project Management of teams for RIBA Stages 2-3, for this three-phased 230 homes (40% affordable) residential masterplan.

Value Added: Through our strong architecture and planning knowledge as well as delivery expertise, we supported our client in managing the team of architects, cost consultants and planning advisors, securing a successful Planning Application approval.
