Our Role & Scope: Project Management services for Phases 4-7 of the masterplan, during RIBA Stage 2.

Value Added: Thanks to our expertise in architecture and urban design, we managed to influence the architects and the Council’s planners to permit a higher density and massing, adding c. 200 units of potential capacity through an Outline Planning Application.
