Our Role & Scope: Structuring the project and assembling consultant teams for the refurbishment of this 1,000 sqm historic mansion.

Value Added: In less than two weeks, following purchase legal processes, we assembled a team of structural engineers, cost consultant, architect, permits manager and construction delivery contractor. A concise but meaningful assignment centered on strategy, structure and alignment at early project stage.
